Web design raises the profile of an architecture firm
Poskanzer Skott Architects (PSA) are an accomplished architecture firm based in New Jersey who focus on local clients, big and small. PSA were looking to capitalize on the impending opening of their most significant work to date and asked Velo to help with evolving their brand identity, web design and reimagining their sales materials.

Challenge
We needed to understand key business drivers and audiences to reflect the breadth and depth of the Poskanzer Skott Architects portfolio and their approach to design and problem solving. It was important to Poskanzer Skott Architects to retain the fundamental components of their identity. Following the identity evolution, we would design and implement the new website and train the staff on the CMS platform.
What We Did
The new website is a major shift in the balance of content with photography, site plans and sketches being the new focus. The site is built on WordPress, allowing PSA staff full control of their content, including a newly implemented “News” section – showcasing the latest PSA achievements.
Impact
Poskanzerskott.com launched in August 2013, with analytics tracking well across KPIs. But beyond measurement, we have raised the profile of a previously under-rated architecture firm by designing a virtual presence they are proud of. The new site is “tremendous”, says PSA founder Barry Poskanzer.
